Timeless Chicago Botanic Garden Wedding

With its lush gardens and serene views, Chicago Botanic Garden becomes the perfect backdrop for an early summer wedding. This one did not disappoint. Together with planning partner Abby of Abby McKinney Events we designed a garden wedding where texture and color stole the show while still feeling classic and effortless.

To create the feeling of an intimate ceremony, we designed a semi-circle of colorful floral on McGinley Pavilion's Waterfront Patio overlooking Evening Island and one of the many lakes within the gardens. 

The centerpieces were designed with a nod to Ikebana style. The bright florals were partnered with an understated elegant compote and a mix of classic votive candles to create the perfect ambience. Textural linens in blue and cream tones helped balance the timeless and modern feeling our couple desired to share with their closest family and friends.
